Slovenia, Russia Remember WWI Russian POWs with Traditional Ceremonies

Kranjska Gora, 31 July - Slovenia and Russia will commemorate on Sunday Russian POWs who died building the Alpine mountain pass of Vrsic in WWI. The main ceremony, which traditionally takes place in front of a small chapel under the pass, will be addressed by President Danilo Tuerk and attended by a strong Russian delegation led by Duma President Boris Gryzlov.
