Pivovarna Lasko Shareholders Approve Sale of Fructal

Laško, 30 July - The shareholders of beverages maker Pivovarna Lasko approved the sale of juice maker Fructal owned by Lasko's Pivovarna Union to Serbian juices and jams maker Nectar Saturday morning. The shareholders also gave consent to the agreement with a consultant for the sale of Lasko's 23.34% stake in retailer Mercator.
