Kranjska Gora, 31 July - President Danilo Tuerk called for upgraded efforts to nurture peace in Europe and the world as he addressed Sunday's ceremony commemorating Russian POWs who died while building the mountain pass over Vrsic in NW Slovenia during WWI.
