Prices of Existing Flats Higher in Q2, Sales Decline

Ljubljana, 3 August - Prices of existing flats in Slovenia went up by 4.2% in the second quarter of 2011 compared to the preceding quarter. The number of flats and houses sold dropped by 25% and 31%, respectively, compared to the last quarter of 2010, the Surveying and Mapping Authority said in a report on Wednesday.
