Ljubljana, 5 August - The army appears to have backtracked on its proposal for a massive upgrade of the only training grounds in the country amidst unyielding protests by local grassroots groups, but locals nevertheless appear unhappy, disappointed that their calls for a complete closure of the facility in southwestern Slovenia have not been heeded.
