Ljubljana, 18 August - Slovenia would benefit from a closer fiscal union in the eurozone, Development and European Affairs Minister Mitja Gaspari said Wednesday, in reference to a proposals by French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
