Delo Downplays Victory over Gaddafi's Regime

Ljubljana, 23 August - The fall of the regime of Muammar al-Gaddafi could have become the first, textbook example of how Western democracies, if they join their forces, can back the opposition in an autocratic country and lead it to victory, the daily Delo says in Tuesday's front-page commentary.
