Family Law Referendum Would Breach Constitution, Minister Says

Ljubljana, 29 August - The Ministry of Labour, the Family and Social Affairs on Monday presented arguments for a constitutional review of a possible referendum on the new family law act after a group of MPs filed a request for the referendum motion to be challenged by the Constitutional Court on Friday.
