Mayor of Komenda Admits Bribing State Officials

Komenda, 2 September - The mayor of a town north of Ljubljana has admitted to having bribed state officials in order to secure business deals for town projects and added that in Slovenia this was the only way to get anything done. This is the first such public confession of any municipal official in Slovenia.
