Hypo Leasing Suing Fmr CEO over Controversial Deal

Ljubljana, 14 September - Hypo Leasing has filed a lawsuit against Andrej Potocnik, the former director general of the Austrian Hypo Alpe Adria bank's leasing arm in Slovenia. Potocnik is being sued over a controversial deal he had made with printing company MKT Print with which he allegedly defrauded Hypo Leasing of EUR 1.4m, the STA has learned from unofficial sources.
