HSE Boss Indicates State Guarantee Vital for TES 6

Ljubljana, 17 September - It would be very difficult for the energy utility HSE to finance the construction of a new generator at the Sostanj coal-fired power plant, TES, without a state loan guarantee, HSE general manager Matjaz Janezic told an interview with Saturday's supplement of daily Dnevnik. He also admitted flaws in the project.
