Zbogar Meets Head of Libyan Transitional Council

New York, 25 September - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar met on Saturday Mahmoud Jibril, the head of the Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC), on the margins of the UN General Assembly session in New York. The pair spoke about the current situation in Libya and ways Slovenia can help with rebuilding efforts.
