Ferko Remains Elan Boss After Internal Audit

Begunje na Gorenjskem, 26 September - The supervisors of sports goods manufacturer Elan decided on Monday that the findings of an internal audit of past deals do not provide sufficient grounds for dismissal of chairman Robert Ferko. They are ready to act against Ferko if irregularities are discovered as part of the ongoing criminal investigation at the company.
