Defence Minister Opposes Changes to Religious Freedoms Act

Ljubljana, 28 September - Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic voiced opposition to the changes to the religious freedoms act, which were discussed on Wednesday by the parliamentary Defence Committee. The bill stipulates that contributions for priests working in public institutions, including the army, cannot be covered by the state.
