Intellectuals Want Commission on Yugoslavia War Crimes
Ljubljana, 7 October - Intellectuals from countries of former Yugoslavia sent a letter to the presidents of their countries, petitioning them to support the initiative for a regional commission (REKOM) for establishing the truth about war crimes and other human rights violations on the territory of former Yugoslavia between 1991 and 2001.
