Ljubljana, 14 October - Outgoing Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar says in an op-ed in Friday's issue of the daily Delo that Slovenia has good chances of being elected a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council in the 2012-2013 term despite tough competition.
