Wages Slightly Up in August

Ljubljana, 17 October - After a month of decrease, average net monthly pay in Slovenia increased by 1.4% to EUR 988.45 in August over July, which is up 2.5% year-on-year. The average gross pay stood at EUR 1,524.15, a 1.6% increase from July, and up 2.5% from August last year, the Statistics Office said on Monday.
