Parliament Passes Controversial Amendments to Companies Act

Ljubljana, 19 October - The National Assembly passed on Wednesday controversial amendments to the companies act which will prevent the shareholders, managers or supervisors of insolvent companies to incorporate new companies or act as supervisors or board members.
