Ljubljana, 20 October - The government relieved the state secretary at the prime minister's office Andrej Horvat of his duties on Thursday. Horvat, who was detained as a suspect during Wednesday's investigation into suspected abuse of public funds, reportedly tendered his resignation already on Monday.
