Mlinotest Owners Raise Capital for Investment

Ajdovščina, 20 October - The Ajdovscina-based bread and pasta maker Mlinotest has successfully completed the first stage of a capital increase in which 180,000 shares were offered to existing owners at EUR 8.3 apiece. Vipa Holding bought EUR 754,000 worth of shares or about one half of what was available in the first round, the company said.
