Report: Italy Wants to Cut Minority Funds Again

Trieste, 20 October - The Italian government is planning to cut the funds for Slovenian minority in the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, according Trieste-based Primorski dnevnik. The paper says that the Italian 2012 budget is to envisage only EUR 2.8m for the minority, compared to EUR 5.3m in 2011.
