Slovenia Gets Second EU Warning over Settlement and Collateral

Brussels, 27 October - The European Commission issued the second warning to Slovenia and Poland on Thursday regarding the implementation of EU rules for protection of settlement systems and financial collateral arrangements in financial markets. The two countries have two months to notify the Commission of their measures to implement the legislation.
