Stock Market Gains Ground for Fifth Consecutive Week

Ljubljana, 29 October - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange finished its fifth consecutive positive week, with the SBI TOP blue chip index finishing at 643.09 points, which is 2.01% higher than last week. Gaining the most was retailer Mercator, which is being sold by the troubled brewer Pivovarna Lasko and a consortium of banks.
