Wood Industry Strategy Aims to more than Double Employment

Ljubljana, 9 November - A strategy for improving the poor condition of the wood processing industry in Slovenia was presented at a conference in Ljubljana on Wednesday. The strategy includes a plan to increase employment in the wood and furniture sector to 35,000 people by 2020 from last year's 14,000.
