Maribor, 14 November - Italian PM Silvo Berlusconi, who went down in flames, was replaced by Mario Monti, a moderate and cool-headed technocrat, says the daily Vecer, wondering about a seemingly absurd situation where representatives of the financial sector, chiefly responsible for the current crisis, are given a mandate to straighten out the mess.
