Delo Critical of New Welfare Legislation

Ljubljana, 15 November - The daily Delo wonders on Tuesday whether the new welfare legislation that will step into force on 1 January will turn social transfers into loans, as the minimum pension support will have to be repaid by the pensioners' heirs after death. The paper warns that the poor might become even poorer.
