Prishtina, 18 November - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar addressed a conference on SE Europe in Prishtina on Friday, highlighting the importance of EU enlargement. He stated, however, that the economic crisis had a significant influence on EU's policies, including the enlargement policy.
