Mercator Management Withdraws Support for Sale to Agrokor

Ljubljana, 23 November - The management of Mercator decided on Wednesday to withdraw its support for the sale of a majority stake in the retailer to Croatia's Agrokor after learning that Agrokor was buying the stake on its own. Mercator had expected that the buyers will include international financial institutions, as originally envisaged.
