Govt Secures EUR 1M Raise for Sport in 2012
Ljubljana, 24 November - The government has increased budgetary funds for sports in 2012 to more than EUR 34m, 3% above the figure earmarked in next year's budget. Education and Sport Minister Igor Luksic told the press on Thursday that the government decided for the move as 2012 is an Olympic year.
