Top Court Repeals Part of International Protection Act
Ljubljana, 25 November - The Constitutional Court has repealed a provision of the international protection act which allows a competent authority to turn down an international protection request without taking into consideration all the circumstances in establishing whether freedom from torture guaranteed by article 18 of the Constitution was upheld.
