Govt Decision to Issue T-Bills "Bold", Says Finance

Ljubljana, 28 November - In view of the spiral of the euro debt crisis, the government's decision to try and borrow a billion euros next month appears "bold and expensive", business daily Finance comments on Monday, but it nevertheless supports the move.
