Delo Proposes GDP-Based Carbon Tax

Ljubljana, 29 November - Commenting on the ongoing UN Climate Change Conference in Durban, the daily Delo offers a solution in Tuesday's commentary, saying that every country should pay a carbon tax based on their GDP, which would replace taxation of labour.
