Daily: Constitutional Changes Would Not Speed Up Govt Formation

Ljubljana, 1 December - The daily Dnevnik says on Thursday that the constitutional changes proposed by the most likely winner of the election, the Democrats leader Janez Jansa, would not speed up the government formation process, as the SDS claims. They would give Jansa the power to circumvent the parliament if he wished to replace a third of his cabinet ministers.
