European Court Rules in Favour of Slovenia in Case of Child Death

Strasbourg, 1 December - The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that Slovenia did not violate the right to private life, family life, home and correspondence of Darinka and Janez Vodusek, when it took away two of their children after they were found guilty of causing the death of their third child out of negligence.
