Daily: Agrokor Attempting Mercator Takeover With No Capital of Its Own

Ljubljana, 3 December - The daily Dnevnik reveals on Saturday an internal document of Italian Unicredit bank, which proves, according to the daily, that Croatian Agrokor group is attempting to take over Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator without as much as a euro of its own capital and with very limited options to take out additional loans.
