Ljubljana/Tokyo, 5 December - A ceremony was held on Sunday in the Japanese city of Higashimatsushima in the Miyagi Prefecture, which was hit by a devastating earthquake and tsunami in March, to mark the hand-over of a Slovenian-made house to the fisherman community Murohama.
