Merkur to Sue Ex-Bosses over Mismanagement

Brdo pri Kranju, 5 December - The shareholders of Merkur, the debt-ridden hardware retailer, decided on Monday to sue the former management which undertook an MBO that resulted in the company filing for court-mandated debt restructuring. The management headed by Bine Kordez is believed to have caused damages of over EUR 200m to the company.
