IFC Entering Triglav Group with EUR 25M

Ljubljana, 5 December - The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, plans to invest EUR 25m in Triglav INT, the company taking over the subsidiaries of Slovenia's leading insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav abroad, which would secure it up to 20% in the company minus one share, according to a government document.
