ATM Bank Card Fraud on the Rise, Especially in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 7 December - The police warned on Wednesday about an increase in bank card fraud cases with thieves from abroad obtaining card data with special skimming devices attached to ATMs. The thieves read the magnetic data of the card and the PIN code typed into the ATM and use it for cash withdrawals with duplicate cards abroad.
