Minister Underlines Importance of Being Committed to Kyoto

Durban, 7 December - Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Roko Zarnic underlined in his address to the Durban Climate Change Conference on Wednesday that the world needed a realistic plan on how to reach an agreement on respecting the final stage of the Kyoto Protocol.
