Slovenia's Prisons Still Overcrowded
Ljubljana, 8 December - The Human Rights Ombudsman Zdenka Cebasek Travnik expressed on Thursday concern about Slovenia's overcrowded prisons and the living conditions in these facilities, as she presented the annual report on implementation of the UN's Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
