Top Court to Decide on Law Preventing MPs Serving as Mayors

Ljubljana, 9 December - Four mayors who were elected to parliament in Sunday's general election filed on Friday a request for a constitutional review of the law that prevents deputies to serve as mayors, while also calling for staying the act until a decision was made.
