Ljubljana, 10 December - The formation of EU23 - Hungary, the Czech Republic and Sweden wanted time to consider stricter fiscal rules within the EU before agreeing to them, while UK PM David Cameron decided to take his country even farther away from the EU - is a political response to political problems, the daily Dnevnik says on Saturday.
