Maribor, 10 December - Commenting on the financial part of the latest summit in Brussels, the daily Vecer says on Saturday that by rejecting the idea of a fiscal union, British Prime Minister David Cameron prevented an agreement of all 27 EU members and defended the interests of bankers and other financial institutions.
