Govt Hands Responsibility for Austerity Bill to Jankovic

Ljubljana, 19 December - The government has decided to leave all activities related to the drawing up of an austerity bill, including negotiations with unions, to the winner of the general election Zoran Jankovic and to the newly constituted parliament. It is however ready to secure the bill's quick adoption through emergency procedure. Jankovic has taken a first step.
