Dnevnik Says Nothing Is Certain in North Korea

Ljubljana, 20 December - While North Korea is not the same as ten years ago and the regime is gradually softening its grip through a controlled introduction of market economy, the death of Kim Jong Il has caused more concern than relief which would be expected at the death of a tyrant, the daily Dnevnik says on Tuesday.
