Jasovic Says Opposition to Mercator Sale Cause for Resignation

Ljubljana, 21 December - Bozo Jasovic, who irrevocably resigned as the chairman of the state-owned NLB bank yesterday, told the press on Wednesday that his decision was prompted by the opposition from the state to the planned sale of a 10.75% stake in retailer Mercator to the Croatian food group Agrokor.
