Ljubljana, 23 December - It is an insult to voters to propose unknown political newbie Masa Kociper as parliamentary speaker, the editor-in-chief of the weekly Mladina, Grega Repovz, writes on Friday, adding that the most likely PM-designate Zoran Jankovic had to get a slap in the face in the National Assembly just because of that.
