Slovenia Celebrates 20th Anniversary of the Constitution

Ljubljana, 23 December - Slovenia is celebrating on Friday the 20th anniversary of the Constitution and 21 years since its independence referendum, which was staged exactly a year before the Constitution was adopted. The celebration culminated in the main national ceremony in Ljubljana which was addressed by Constitutional Court President Ernest Petric.
