Horses Blessed to Mark St. Stephen's Day

Šentjernej, 26 December - Continuing a decades-long tradition, some 200 horse owners gathered in the village of Sentjernej in the south-east on Monday for a traditional horse blessing on St. Stephens Day. Dozens of horses were blessed elsewhere Slovenia as well.
